Cromwell’s Inn – COVID 19 – Update 07/6/21
Cromwells is delighted to confirm that we are now open for inside and outside garden reservations.
Please note that due to sheer demand and staffing, being experienced across the industry, we are not always able to take table bookings over the phone. Please try not to call. Please email us as at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will always respond. Please note we are unable to take same day bookings.
Tables are obviously limited inside and outside, we will offer these for 2-3 hour periods subject to demand. We will have a strict limit on occupants and under 21’s only admitted as part of a family visit. We have social distancing and screening in place.
The indoor rules are 6 persons maximum or more, if from just 2 households. All tables are set and screens in place.
Guidance on social distancing, measures we have and are taking, along with recording all visitor information, have been issued. We will require each person to check in with NHS test and trace, or to complete their contact details. We are required to keep these for 21 days.
Please respect the measures we have in place and assist us all by adhering to them.
All hotel reservations can still be amended free of charge. Any hotel guests who have booked, non refundable, pre paid room rates and deals, do not worry, all payments made will be fully transferred to your new reservation. If you wish to re book a cancelled stay, please contact us, amend on line or with your third party provider booking agent.
