Named after discovery bay in Barbados. Here at Cromwells there was only one rum we could use in this cocktail, Barbados’ favourite Mount Gay Eclipse. A mix of Mount Gay rum, blue Curacao, sugar and lime shaken over ice. It will make you think of those long days on the beach.

Midori, Vodka and orange juice shake over ice. The vibrant colour and fruity taste make this an exciting summer tipple.
